About Olivers Restaurant, Lodge and Wellness
Nestled in a tranquil country setting, Oliver’s is an owner-managed boutique hotel located on the secure White River Country Estate just outside of White River in the Mpumalanga province. Overlooking the first green of the 18-hole championship White River Golf Course, the signature ‘home away from home’ environment allows guests to experience the marriage of sophisticated Austrian flair with African warmth and hospitality.
Hotel accommodation in upmarket rooms includes family options and an in-house restaurant offering mouth-watering À la carte continental dishes. The wine cellar is an intimate venue to enjoy our renowned raclette and fondue along with fine South African wines.
Oliver’s Wellness and Beauty Centre provides massages, face and body treatments, manicures and pedicures and waxing services.
ROOM TYPES:
Exclusive Standard Rooms – Each of the Exclusive Standard rooms are individually furnished and have king size beds: these can be converted to twin beds on request. The rooms are equipped with DSTV, telephone, minibar with snacks, aircon, heater, coffee & tea facilities, a safe, hairdryer and bathrobes. The bathrooms are all en suite with separate showers and baths, heated towel rails and luxury bathroom amenities. We offer an inter-leading family unit in this category as well.
Luxury Rooms – Four Luxury Rooms are situated adjacent to the main hotel building, overlooking either the pool or the golf course. Each room is individually furnished, has a cosy sitting area in front of a fireplace with spacious and private patios and stunning views over the gardens and golf course. The expansive en suite bathrooms include a double vanity, separate shower, corner bath and private toilet. They are all equipped with DSTV, minibar with snacks, aircon, heater, coffee & tea facilities, safes, hairdryer and bathrobes. An extra adult or child can be accommodated in this room type.
Executive Suites – Two Executive Suites are located on the 1st floor in the building adjacent to the main hotel. These luxuriously furnished rooms have spacious and private balconies with stunning views over the gardens, pool, golf course and surrounds. The suites have an entrance hall with a guest toilet, a separate lounge and bedroom area each with a fireplace. The en suite bathrooms have a double vanity, indoor and outdoor shower, corner bath and separate toilet
Family House (4 Bedrooms) – This private family house is adjacent to the hotel, alongside the pool area. It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, two with king size and two with 1ueen size beds. Two of the rooms have en suite bathrooms, while the other two rooms share a bathroom. The house has a spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchenette, as well as a large private veranda area – a great place to relax after a day exploring or on the golf course.
Family Unit (2 Bedrooms) – Situated in the main building, this unit has two inter-leading bedrooms, with access to the 2nd bedroom being via the 1st bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a separate shower and bath and the other with a shower only. The Exclusive Family Unit has a spacious veranda with views over the gardens and golf course. The unit is equipped with DSTV, telephone, minibar with snacks, aircon, heater, coffee & tea facilities, safe, hairdryer and bathrobes.
