About Morgan Bay Hotel
The Morgan Bay Hotel is steeped in history – a past founded on ethics, determination and values of the Warren-Smith family. The majestic Krantzes that tower above the spectacular mile long beach that reaches into the Wild Indian Ocean have watched the story of the hotel unfold for three generations.
Ivan was the first pioneer of the business, and was the first adventurer to understand the remarkable beauty of the area in 1946. This passion and love was carried forward by Jeff and Sue to new heights. This curated vision is been continued by Richard and Jackie who have inherited their natural understanding of hospitality, and who extend the family traditions of respect for people in a place of extraordinary beauty.
The vision is to be “The” Wild Coast Family holiday destination of choice that is ideally positioned to meet the needs of an expanding leisure market. The owners strive to draw on the best national design principles and business practices, with the appropriate technology in today’s marketplace. In addition they wish to always provide an excellent gastronomic experience.
The aim is to consistently offer great service from a loyal team who are friendly, courteous, suitably trained, attentive and are proud of what they do, leading to total guest relaxation and satisfaction.
The Morgan Bay Hotel understands the subtleties of leisure and the richness of experience… that includes a safe and tranquil environment. They endeavour to continue to inspire memories and to refresh the spirit of all those who visit.
