Getting There
NOTE: A 4×4 or high ground clearance car is ideal, you will travel at least 5.5kms on a dirt road.
Please read directions and do not use GPS Directions if you are coming from the Polokwane side. GPS will take you on the shortest but worst road. Rather head for the village of Haenertsburg and continue toward Magoebaskloof on the R71 for a further 3km.
DIRECTIONS:
Take the CHEERIO road turn off and follow the Zwakala River Retreat/Zwakala Brewery and Minas Farm venue signs for 5.5km till you get to our farm gate on the left.
Continue down the farm road past our Brewery and round to Mina’s Farm Venue.
At the bottom of a short, paved portion of road near the venue you will see a sign pointing sharp left saying Honey House & Kholo’s Campsite.
A very short while later you will see another turn to your left saying River Accommodation and Camping.
Take a left down this road to The Barn House, Legodi Cottage, The Cob House, The River Cabins & Zwakala Campsite.
The Barn House is on the right as well as the turn off to Legodi cottage soon after.
To get to the Cob House, River Cabins & Zwakala Campsite continue straight till you see the Cob House sign on your left and further down the sign to Zwakala Campsite also to your left.
The turn to the River Cabins is on your right.
Follow the road and you will see all the numbers of the cabins starting with 5 and ending with 1.
